Reading the results
The score is out of 100: 75 and up reads Ready, 50 to 74 Almost, under 50 Not yet. Bars show the five parts: condition, presentation, pricing, timing and finances.
The to-do list puts the most important items first, such as getting repair quotes, a payoff statement, or a second look at a price that's well above value.
Estimates to check
Equity is a rough number: estimated value less about 8% for selling costs, less the payoff. Run a net sheet for the real figure. The score measures how prepared the seller is, not what the home is worth.
What the PDF has

Questions
What moves the score most?
Condition counts for 25%, and presentation, pricing and finances 20% each. Timing is 15%. Major repairs and a hoped-for price well above value pull it down fastest.
Is this a home valuation?
No. You type the estimated value. The quiz only compares it to the seller's hoped-for price.
