Pick a lead type
Open Leads in the dashboard. Click Turn on next to a type, such as Home Seller or Cash Buyer.

Enter your zip codes
Type 3 to 5 zip codes and how many a day you want, up to 3 of one type. Click Start.

Get your first leads
The first leads arrive in about a minute. After that they come every morning at 9 AM Eastern.

Work each lead
Set a status: New, Contacted, Appointment, Client, Closed or Dead. Click Add note to keep call notes.

Change it any time
Use plus and minus to change the daily count, pause or resume a type, or turn it off. Delivered leads stay.
What a lead includes
A name, an email and a mailing address. Never a phone number. Some leads also show age range, income, net worth, or for property-record types, the estimated value and equity.
The ten lead types
Most types come from what people research online. Absentee, high equity and vacant owners come from county property records.

How many you get
Everyone starts with 5 days free, up to 5 leads a day. After that, Plus includes 3 a day, and Premier and Partner include 5 a day, in any mix of types.
You can buy more by the day, billed daily, up to 25 a day in total. The price per lead drops the more you buy a day. See /leads for prices.
Short days
If not enough fresh leads match one day, you get what's there. The shortfall carries over to the next morning.
Questions
Will I get the same person twice?
No. No person is delivered twice, to you or to anyone else on Techy Broker. Other companies may sell the same data.
Why can't I get more than 3 of one type?
There's a limit of 3 a day per type. To get more leads, turn on more types.
What does "everyone matching has been delivered" mean?
Every person who fits that type in those zip codes has been sent. Start the type again with different zip codes to get more.
Does Basic include leads?
Basic gets the free trial but no included leads after it. You can buy leads by the day or move to Plus or Premier. See pricing.
