How it works
We sponsor you into eXp Realty. eXp's own split, cap and fees apply, the same as for any eXp agent. There is no extra team split on top.
Techy Broker is part of The Lighthouse's organization at eXp, so you're in it too.

The tools and leads cost nothing. You pay eXp's normal split and fees: 80/20, capped at $16,000 a year, plus eXp's monthly and per-deal fees.
How does Techy Broker get paid?
eXp pays us a share from its side when you join through us. It comes out of eXp's cut, not yours.
Can I bring my team?
Yes.
