Revenue share
When an agent you sponsor closes, you get 3.5% of their gross commission until they reach their own cap. That's up to $2,800 a year per agent.
If a first-year agent you sponsor reaches the cap, you also get a $4,000 Fast Start bonus. eXp pays revenue share seven levels deep; the calculator counts only agents you sponsor directly.
Milestone stock awards
eXp gives stock when you close your first deal, when you cap, and when an agent you brought in closes their first deal. At launch these were $200, $400 and $400. eXp has lowered them since, and they vest over three years.
ICON Agent Award
Up to $16,000 in stock, your whole cap. Qualify by capping and closing 20 more deals in the same year, or by earning $500,000 or more in gross commission with at least 10 deals. You also need to meet eXp's cultural requirements.
- $8,000 base award, vests after three years
- $4,000 for the cultural commitment
- $2,000 for attending the Shareholder Summit
- $2,000 for attending EXPCON
Agent Equity Program
Optional. eXp sets aside 5% of each commission to buy its stock at a 10% discount. You can turn it on or off.
Questions
Is this guaranteed income?
No. It's an illustration, not financial advice. Payments depend on eXp's rules and eligibility, and stock can lose value.
Where can I read more?
The stock guide at /partner/stock explains each program. eXp sets these programs and can change them.
Does the eXp Commission Split calculator include revenue share?
No. It covers your own split, fees and stock for your first deal, capping and ICON. Use /partner/compensation for revenue share.
