What Techy Broker is

Techy Broker sells software and lead tools to real estate agents at any brokerage. Buying them doesn't require joining eXp Realty. Separately, we invite agents to join eXp Realty with Jeffrey Rothbart as their sponsor.

Terms of our offer to agents who join eXp Realty with us

• Every Techy Broker tool, free, for as long as you're with eXp Realty under our sponsorship.
• 5 free leads a day in the zip codes you choose, and 10 more each time you close a deal.
• You pay eXp Realty's standard plan (80/20 split, capped at $16,000 a year, plus eXp Realty's fees). eXp Realty sets its plan and may change it.
• We take no part of your commission and charge you no team fee. eXp Realty pays us from its side under its sponsorship program when you join through us.
• Joining is your choice. Nothing on this site requires it, and the tools are for sale on their own.
