Open house
A scheduled time when a listed home is open for anyone to walk through without an appointment. A broker open is one held just for agents.

Showing
A scheduled visit to see a home that is for sale, usually with a buyer's agent. Sellers often set showing windows through a showing service.
Staging
Arranging furniture and decor so a home photographs and shows well. Virtual staging adds furniture digitally to listing photos.
Listing agent
The agent who represents the seller. They price the home, market it, handle showings and negotiate offers.
Curb appeal
How attractive a home looks from the street. Landscaping, paint, and a clean entry shape buyers' first impression before they walk in.
